New York Women Leaders Association Names Susan Roti Coaching Partner

The New York Women Leaders Association, the largest publisher and events organization for women professionals with 43,000 members and over 130 regional chapters, has named Susan Roti as the first official Coaching Partner of its New York chapter. This appointment marks the launch of the Coaching Partners program in New York City, providing members with direct access to executive coaches who have been thoroughly vetted for credentials, experience, and client outcomes.

The Coaching Partners program was established in response to a recurring concern among members: while coaching is recognized as a high-impact investment for career advancement, it is often difficult to assess the quality and credentials of available coaches. Coaching titles remain unregulated, and quality can vary significantly. Through this initiative, the Women Leaders Association conducts comprehensive screening of each Coaching Partner, evaluating recognized certifications, proven experience, and client reviews. As a result, chapter members can book consultations with confidence, knowing their coaches have met rigorous standards.

Susan Roti, who describes her work as "helping leaders lead, one at a time," brings 20 years of executive coaching and leadership experience to the role. Her background in organization development and human resources has informed a relationship-centered coaching approach that integrates principles from adult learning, positive psychology, cognitive behavioral methods, systems thinking, and neuroscience. Roti’s career has focused on supporting leaders in enhancing their effectiveness while remaining true to their personal values and authenticity.

Roti’s achievements include founding and overseeing the Coaching Program at Montefiore Medical Center, a major New York City health system. In this role, she trained and supervised internal coaches, managed the selection and assignment of external coaches, and implemented a coaching platform to broaden access for leaders. She has accumulated over 700 hours coaching clinical and administrative leaders and has also provided pro bono coaching to professionals in academia and civil service. Her coaching practice is grounded in the standards and ethics of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and she emphasizes the belief that everyone has the capacity to make meaningful changes with the right support and tools.

An ICF-certified coach and active participant in several coaching associations, Roti is certified to administer the MBTI and MBTI Type 2, EQ-i 2.0, Hogan, and TalentTelligent 360 assessments, with accreditation for the Being Profile in progress. Prior to founding Integral Coaching, she spent over 15 years as Senior Director of Organization Development at Montefiore Medical Center and held leadership roles in human resources at organizations including Emerging Health Information Technology, Visual Networks, Avesta Technologies, Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers, and Andersen Consulting. Roti holds an MBA from Seton Hall University and a master’s degree in human and organizational systems from Fielding Graduate University, along with extensive training in one-to-one coaching, team coaching, coach supervision, and mentor coaching. Originally from New Jersey, she now resides in New York City.

"My passion for coaching comes from a simple belief: everyone possesses the ability to make the changes they want with the right support and tools," said Roti. "I've spent twenty years in hospitals and technology companies watching capable leaders try to become someone else in order to lead. My work is the opposite of that — helping a leader become more effective while sounding more like herself, not less. Helping leaders lead, one at a time. I'm honored to bring that to the Women Leaders Association's New York members."

New York-area members can now view Roti’s full profile, including her focus areas and credentials, and contact her directly through the New York Women Leaders Association website at Susan Roti’s Coaching Partner profile.

"Susan didn't just coach inside one of New York's major health systems — she built its coaching program and trained the coaches who staffed it," said Lydia Price, 2026 Volunteer Chair of the Women Leaders Association. "Seven hundred hours with clinical and administrative leaders, decades leading HR and organization development, and a method drawn from evidence-based best practices — our New York members are getting a coach who understands both the person and the system she is leading inside."

The launch of the Coaching Partners program in New York is part of a broader national rollout, with the association expanding the initiative across its network of over 130 chapters. Each city’s members will be paired with coaches selected specifically for their market.

The Coaching Partners program aligns with the association’s mission to provide professional women with both structural transparency and individualized support for career advancement. According to research from Pew and others, women continue to earn about 15 percent less than men on average, and many lack visibility into which employers actively promote women’s advancement. The Women Leaders Association addresses this gap through initiatives such as the Glass Ceiling Score project, which uses data to evaluate major U.S. employers on their promotion of women into management and executive roles. The association also publishes Best Women Employers rankings, compensation studies, and annual Top 50 Women Leaders awards. Coaching Partners complements these efforts by offering members personal guidance to navigate their careers more effectively.
